  2. Our Ultimate Brides who have visited us and have favorites on their list, we can keep our brides, guests and staff safe by offering our virtual appointments..

In response to ongoing developments in the Covid-19 outbreak and Illinois “shelter in place” we have temporarily closed our salon and plan to reopen June 1st, unless something should change under government guidance.

We are reaching out to you at a time of international uncertainty, at home here in Chicago and we are saddened by the effect of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) on our friends and neighbors everywhere.


We would like to take a moment to reassure you that our objective every day is to provide the safest bridal salon for you to enjoy your experience. Ultimate Bride is increasing our vigilance in cleaning protocols and safety precautions across the board. We are increasing depth and frequency of these cleanings to continue to provide a safe environment for our staff, brides and guests alike. We are speaking daily with our team members to ensure that no one comes to work ill, and we have spoken with any team member who has traveled domestic/internationally to quarantine themselves from work upon returning.

To our current Ultimate Brides. No need to worry, Ultimate Bride has been in contact with all our designers (some of the best in the world) and we have been reassured on our delivery dates!

To our future Ultimate Brides. Our designers have encouraged Ultimate Bride to let future brides know that wedding gowns for 2020 and beyond will be delivered. Please keep in mind that made to measure gowns take time to produce, so please come sooner than later. Ultimate Bride is limiting our appointments and asking our future brides to limit their guests in order to reduce risks to our team, brides and guests.

Our team, brides and designers are part of our Ultimate Bride family. The collective safety of all three is always of the utmost importance to us. What to expect at your bridal appointment at Ultimate Bride

Q: How many guests can I bring?

A: Respectfully, we recommend to limit your guests to create a big reveal at the actual wedding.! Choose few and choose wisely! Too many opinions could confuse your overall vision.

Q: What is the starting price point for gowns at Ultimate Bride?

A: Our gowns at Ultimate Bride start at $2,500, there are a handful of gowns at this price and they range up from there. Majority of our designers range from $4,000 - $8,000 in price. Our high end designers range from $8,000 and up.

Q: How long are the appointments?

A: Our typical appointments scheduled at Ultimate Bride are an hour long.

Ultimately, we want to help with your process of finding your gown, while reducing your stress. Please, join us and have as much fun as possible.

Q: When shall I start looking for a gown?

A: It’s never to early! We recommend to start 12-14 months from your event date, because our designers will take between 5 - 7 months to produce your gown. We also recommend beginning alterations 2 months before your event date, hence Ultimate Bride will be engaged with our brides 8-10 months to Ultimately achieve the perfect gown/fit.

Some of our designers will allow us to place rush orders. Ask your stylist!
