What to expect at your bridal appointment at Ultimate Bride

Q: How many guests can I bring?

A: Respectfully, we recommend to limit your guests to create a big reveal at the actual wedding.! Choose few and choose wisely! Too many opinions could confuse your overall vision. We allow up to 3 guests.

Q: What is the starting price point for gowns at Ultimate Bride?

A: Our gowns at Ultimate Bride start at $3,500, there are a handful of gowns at this price and they range up from there. Majority of our designers range from $4,500 - $8,500 in price. Our high end designers range from $9,000 and up.

Q: How long are the appointments?

A: Our typical appointments scheduled at Ultimate Bride are an hour long.

Ultimately, we want to help with your process of finding your gown, while reducing your stress. Please, join us and have as much fun as possible.

Q: When shall I start looking for a gown?

A: It’s never to early! We recommend to start 12-14 months from your event date, because our designers will take between 6-8 months to produce your gown. We also recommend beginning alterations 2 months before your event date, hence Ultimate Bride will be engaged with our brides 8-10 months to ultimately achieve the perfect gown and fit.

Some of our designers will allow us to place rush orders. Ask your stylist!

The wedding gown makes the bride

The wedding gown makes the bride… it usually defines her style and personality… it’s her most anticipated purchase since she was a very young girl… at weddings you’ll often see little girls mesmerized by the bride in her beautiful gown… it’s the fairy tale princess in all of us… Today’s bride wants to wear a gown that embodies her own bridal fantasies… savvy fashion experts and couture designers can accommodate all their needs… most brides can achieve timeless elegance or trendy chic… whatever their palate desires. Captivating bridal beauty is a comfortable, compatible mix of personal style with a nod of tradition and a blush f fantasy. Although, a bride is dressing for the perfect day, she is also dressing for a lifetime of memories. While choosing her gown, she should look for silhouettes that most compliment her figure with beautiful details and the finest of fabrics… She must choose a gown that suits the ambiance that will surround her the day of the wedding. Style, cut and of course the season are all important factors in determining the perfect gown… Strapless gowns have been popular for many years and I believe it’s a trend that will remain strong… women today are confident with great figures and would like to expose them on their wedding day… lace is no longer considered a traditional fabric… some of the sexiest gowns on the market are made out of Alencon lace, it’s all about the cut. White remains to be the most popular color; pastels have always been strong among brides and todays more modern bride is veering in different directions… bold colors have become increasingly important. Most of the time the entire theme of the wedding revolves around the gown. Destination brides are a bit more avant-garde and aren’t shy about wearing gowns in dark red or chartreuse. The color of the flowers, the tablecloths and the bridesmaid’s dresses are often based on what the bride is wearing. A common question asked today is “what’s in style?”, our response, whatever you feel beautiful in. Designers mix old and new fabrics and styles. The choice is yours. It’s your day to shine. Your gown should be a reflection of you.
